This is the path most dealers walk on their first real day: from an inbound auction lane to a vehicle scheduled for pickup. Plan for 15 minutes the first time, 3 minutes by the tenth time.
1. Find the opportunity
Open Acquisitions → Opportunities. The Oracle pre-scores every vehicle that matches your buy box across the connectors you enabled. Each row shows:
- Predicted resale margin in dollars (model:
sentinel_resale_v3) - Confidence — anything green (90+) is safe to act on autonomously; yellow (70–89) is worth a look; red asks for a human call
- Reconditioning estimate — the model's read of what this vehicle will cost to make front-line ready
Sort by margin, filter by lane closing time, and pick a vehicle to inspect.
2. Score before you bid
Click the row to open the Bidder cockpit. You'll see the Oracle's reasoning, comparable sales from the last 90 days, and the predicted margin band. If the vehicle has a known damage history or a salvage title, it's flagged red at the top — non-dismissable.
3. Bid with confidence
Three modes are available:
- Manual — you place every bid. The platform watches and warns.
- Hybrid — you set a ceiling; the platform bids up to it.
- Autopilot — the platform bids and stops when triple-check fails.
For your first acquisition we recommend Hybrid. Set the ceiling 5–10% below the Oracle's predicted maximum. If you win, you win on your terms.
4. Dispatch automatically
The moment a bid wins, dispatch is wired. The vehicle's gate pass is sent to your transporter (or to your driver app), pickup windows are reserved, and the recon queue is notified.
5. Track to delivery
Open Acquisitions → Pipeline. Every state is visible: Won → Paid → In transport → Recon → Inventory → Marketplace. If anything is blocked — a missed gate pass, a delayed pickup — the blocker is named at the top of the row, with the responsible agent and the next escalation step.
