Ten years in the cab.Then we started coding.
For 10+ years I've hauled vehicles across North America — 9-car carriers, dispatch frequencies that didn't make sense, paperwork that punished honest mistakes, and software that was clearly written by people who'd never sat in a cab at 3 AM in Saskatoon.
I watched independent dealers lose hours every week to broken acquisition workflows. I watched drivers get blocked by interfaces that asked them for input the moment they were trying to back up to a dock. I watched coordinators wallpaper their offices with sticky notes because their dispatch software couldn't hold a thought.
SENTINEL is the product I wished existed when I was on the road. It's being built — slowly, deliberately — with the people I met along the way. Drivers who taught me what dispatch software gets wrong. Dealers who showed me where every wasted hour comes from. Engineers who chose to learn the industry before they wrote a line of code.
